Dena is the Managing Member of Portfolio M&A Law, a boutique firm she built to to combine sophisticated, Big Law-quality M&A counsel services with a greater level of efficiency and high-touch service for lower middle market deals. With over a decade of experience, including at two of the world's top M&A law firms, she has advised on transactions across various industries ranging from under $1 million to more than $1 billion, with an aggregate transaction value of more than $15 billion. By working closely with buy-side clients on successive transactions, Dena develops a deep understanding of her clients' businesses and preferences. This continuity, combined with her pragmatic, commercially-minded approach, ensures every transaction is handled smoothly and efficiently. Dena also uses her extensive experience to educate her sell-side clients and secure optimal outcomes based on their specific goals.
